Returns must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving your order along with the Return Form provided. Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us. Any purchase on and after 14th of October 2016, there is a restocking fee of 100% for all items returned. For example, if you return a dress you purchased for RM100, you will receive a coupon code worth RM100. Coupon codes are provided through your email and it is valid for 1 YEAR ONLY. Please note that item bought online cannot be returned or exchange at boutique. Other than that, please aware that we DO NOT offer exchange or return for ZEFIKS Beauty product for hygienic reasons.
