Returns Policy

Our objective at ZEFIKS COLLECTION is to ensure you pleased with your purchase. Please note that we DO NOT offer cash exchange except for valid reason. All return items will be refunded in STORE CREDIT.

  1. When return, please make sure the item is still UNWORN, UNWASHED, and in UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.
  2. We DO NOT accept any return from the third party EXCEPT from our ZEFIKS Dropship/Agent. 
  3. Returns must be shipped out within 14 days of receiving your order along with the Invoice. For an exchange size buyer will bear the cost of shipping the item back to us. For defective or wrong items, we will bear all the shipping costs. 
  4. STORE CREDIT with unlimited validity will be refunded 100% (exclusive postage fee amount) to enable you to purchase your ideal item again. STORE CREDIT is valid to be used ONCE ONLY. Item bought with STORE CREDIT cannot be returned again.
  5. Please note that item bought online cannot be exchanged at boutique as well.
  6. We also DO NOT accept any return from Pre Order ,Scarves, Clearance Items, Reject Item purchasing.
