Returns Policy

Our objective at ZEFIKS COLLECTION is to ensure you pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase. Please note that we DO NOT offer exchange. All return items will be refunded in STORE CREDIT. When return, please make sure the item is still UNWORN, UNWASHED, and in UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.
 
We DO NOT accept any return from the third party EXCEPT from our ZEFIKS Dropship/Agent. Returns must be shipped out within 14 days of receiving your order along with the Return Form provided. Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us yet we will absorb the postage fee for the next delivery via the STORE CREDIT only for Normal Price item. Please note that we are not bears postage fee for Sale item. For Defective or Wrong Item, we will bear all the shipping cost. We also DO NOT accept any return from Scarves & Reject Item purchasing.
 
STORE CREDIT with unlimited validity will be refunded 100% (inclusive postage fee amount only for Normal Price item) to enable you to purchase your ideal item again. STORE CREDIT is valid to be used ONCE ONLY. Item bought with STORE CREDIT cannot be returned again. Please note that item bought online cannot be exchanged at boutique as well. Other than that, please aware that we DO NOT offer exchange or return for ZEFIKS Beauty product for hygienic reasons. For more question do not hesitate to email us.
